Founder and owner of Bridge & Tunnel Restaurant Group, Josh Pollack, will talk about post-pandemic challenges and how he has shifted the business model for his first storefront. Rosenberg's Bagels and Delicatessen Five Points is now a grab-and-go model. While the dining room won’t be open, guests can take their orders and enjoy them picnic-style in the ‘Soul Street’ community space behind the Five Points building that has an outdoor shared patio.
