Workout w/ DSW: BLOCK21 Fitness Cardio Dance Class
BLOCK21 Fitness is a dance cardio class designed to make your workout feel like a Friday night out. Created for beginners with no dance experience, we break it down into simple movements that will have you channeling your inner Beyoncé in no time. Our 50-minute class includes hip-hop cardio, high-intensity intervals,
and strength training to bring you all the feels of a party combined with the punch of your favorite cardio class.
Session details: 50-minute class (8-8:50am). No equipment required. Great for all levels.
BLOCK21 Fitness will be giving away 3 FREE Unlimited Memberships to those who participate in our DSW class. Sign-up and participate in the class to be entered to win. Winners will be emailed redemption instructions by 8/18.
