By prioritizing the needs of our end users and trusting the customer's perspective, Parsyl has been able to develop and adapt solutions for users even in low connectivity environments. Parsyl was founded based on the original thesis that the world does not have proper visibility into the quality conditions of essential goods (such as perishable foods and vaccines) as they are transported, and if we could collect data efficiently and effectively, we might be able to do something about it.

In this session we will share our lessons learned about innovating and adapting for the needs of users in remote environments. We will share how we were able to develop all critical functions of our devices without internet and rapidly adjust to our products to be able to collect data and draw meaningful conclusions for our clients.
