Get #DorkDancing: STEPS to Better Mental Health
COVID19 inspired a mental health crisis. Dancing like a dork is something that can help: it’s important to prioritize our mental health and create moments of joy. In this session you will learn how to dork dance & let loose. To start us off, we will view a screening of a Dork Dancing documentary and then jump into a #dorkdancing experience! After letting loose and having fun with dance, we will transition into conversation about mental health. Dork Dancing is a free mental health resource always available to you & our Denver community.
