Collaborative Work Space: Part 2
Open and collaborative work spaces look cool and certainly provide a higher population density. But do they work? At last year's DSW, Healthgrades participated in a panel discussion about the company's plans to energize its culture through the design of a new space in Denver. In February of 2018, Healthgrades moved into a 3-floor space at 1801 California after a year-long renovation. A variety of innovative areas for quiet work and team collaboration were created along with bleeding edge technology using the Zoom platform. After months of being in the new space, there are several lessons learned which organizations of all sizes can use. This will be a moving session, meaning that Healthgrades team members will provide tours of the new space along with commentary.
