Accessibility at Denver Startup Week 2023: Let us know what you need!

Denver Startup Week is committed to inclusivity, accessibility and equality at each of our events. In 2023, thanks to the support of Comcast, we are able to offer ASL and Spanish language interpretation, as well as additional reasonable accommodations if submitted by our deadline of Monday, September 11!

Resources for participants who are deaf or hard of hearing:

• DSW Partner LinguaBee will be providing American Sign Language interpreters at select events on request. 
• To submit a request for interpretation at a specific session, or for a portion of a day or the week, please email info@denverstartup week.org by September 11.
• Once we have a schedule of ASL requests, we will post the sessions with interpreters here for reference!
  

Resources for participants who are blind:

• Denver Startup Week can provide volunteers at select events to help with navigation and written materials for participants who request assistance.
• To submit a request for interpretation at a specific session, or for a portion of a day or the week, please email info@denverstartup week.org by September 11.

Resources for participants who speak a language other than English:

• Denver Startup Week can provide translators at select events to help attendees who do not speak English or for whom English is a second language.
• To submit a request for interpretation at a specific session, or for a portion of a day or the week, please email info@denverstartup week.org by September 11.

Additional resources for participants requesting accommodation:

• Our venues have been instructed to reserve front row seating for participants who request it and asked to pay attention to the accessibility of the venue for people with disabilities.
• Presentations will be requested from speakers after the conclusion of Denver Startup Week and will be posted on our website.
