As a Hispanic Serving Institution with a predominantly commuter, first-generation, low-income, BIPOC, and non-traditional student body, MSU Denver acknowledges the need to establish meaningful connections for its learners. This session highlights the benefits and implications of a successful and scalable mentorship program using a data-driven presentation and a panel discussion from engaged professionals. The COMPASS Program strives to expand learner access and success in high-demand industries as well as support upcoming businesses in diversifying their recruitment and retention strategy.
