According to Pew Research Center, Latinos represented only 8% of the nation’s Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) workforce in 2019. Join us as we hear from Latinos from varying backgrounds who, despite barriers, are successfully steering careers in tech. During this authentic discussion, panelists will share anecdotes and insights about how they navigated through obstacles to find the courage, resources, funding, and mentors needed to navigate the tech industry.
