Giving a Buck: How giving is good for the community and business

Giving A Buck is all about personal choice – choosing what to care about, what to do about it and how you can make a difference. Start-ups can rise to the top when their work reflects an ethos that values community-driven purpose as much as profit. 87% of millennials believe their company’s success should be measured on more than profit, and that their desire to stay at their companies is tied to meaningful work (Deloitte Millennial Survey 2016). Giving is good for the community and good for business.

Colorado Gives 365 invites you, the innovators and mavericks, to join us in disrupting the status quo of workplace giving in a fun, unique and interactive format. This game-show style session will explore how philanthropy can differentiate your brand. Presented with choices and prizes, participants will need to think carefully about what matters most to them. Will they walk away empty-handed or with their hands (and hearts) full of goodness? You will need to attend to find out!

This session includes high valued giveaways for audience participation plus an interactive team building opportunity. Kick off your Denver Start Up Week with the session everyone will be talking about throughout the week!
