Beata is an engineering leader passionate about building products and building teams. She currently serves as CTO for Techstars and is responsible for driving technology innovation and data strategy. Prior to Techstars, she was the EVP of Engineering at Healthgrades. With over 17 years of experience across Healthcare, E-commerce, SaaS and VC industries, she has developed deep expertise in driving transformation through technology. Beata’s background includes data engineering, cybersecurity, B2B and B2C software development. She has built global teams and grown them from 10s to 100s.
