Project Management for Startups
As a founder, you are faced with an overwhelming number of competing demands and projects. Basic project management skills will help you (and your team) prioritize and complete projects, shortening the time to market and producing better results. If you are overwhelmed with everything that needs to get done, struggling to meet deadlines, or want to set up structures to help with future success, this session is for you. The session will be led by two founders with over 30 years of combined project management experience. This session is ideal for founders with little to no project management experience who want an introduction to project management basics they can implement immediately at their firm.

- Detailing tasks and subtasks
