He is currently the Director of UX for Crownpeak, building a UX practice from scratch, as well as a lead instructor for UX with General Assembly. In a past life in digital agencies, he worked with Fortune500 companies like Time Warner Cable to help lead them through innovation and digital transformation projects using the UX design process.
