Building Real Relationships as a Digital-Focused Brand

While brand-consumer interactions are increasingly digital, all brands benefit from a human touch. From activating brand takeovers at abandoned stores to forging a cheeky, customer-centric social media presence, to establishing an authentic social good program, the team at Visible, the Denver-based, all-digital wireless carrier, have created meaningful experiences with consumers both online and off. In this session, members of the Visible team will share best practices for building real relationships with consumers as a new, digital-only brand, drawing from real strategies and campaigns to share fresh insights and actionable takeaways.
