Why does time fly when you are having fun? Why do webpages take forever to load? Human time perception is easy to manipulate - our brains experience time at a variety of different speeds depending on our state of consciousness and external environments. We can trick our own perception of passing time in several ways. For this session, we will explore how time perception impacts user experiences, within service, space, and interfaces, and share what tools designers can use to transform user satisfaction for the better.
