TAMRA RYAN leads the Bean Project’s strategic direction and is instrumental in putting the organization on the national and international map, as a high-performing and impactful social enterprise. She is a former board member of Social Venture Partners-Denver, currently chairs the Board of Directors for the Social Enterprise Alliance and is on the advisory board for the Barton Institute for Philanthropy and Social Enterprise at the University of Denver.

Congressman Mike Coffman (R-CO) recognized Tamra’s servant leadership and entered it into the Congressional Record of the 115th Congress, Second Session in May 2018. She has also been named one of the 2017 Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Colorado, was a speaker at TEDxMilehigh and is the author of The Third Law, a book which highlights the societal obstacles and internal demons that must be overcome for marginalized women to change their lives. The Third Law has won multiple awards for women/minorities in business and social activism.

CONFIDENCE OMENAI is a gifted performer who specializes in performance poetry and teaching poetry as a vehicle for self actualization. Born to Tulsa native Icey Lee Omenai and Nigerian international student Christopher Omenai, the family relocated from Tulsa, Oklahoma, to her father’s home in Lagos, Nigeria. Confidence returned to the United States with her mother at six years old. She honed her writing skills at Oklahoma State University. In 2008 and took the Oklahoma slam community by storm. Confidence successfully competed on dozens of final stages across the nation after a 3 year stint as a Slam Poetry Coach for over 20 high schools in Tulsa. In 2013 she relocated to Denver, Colorado, where she once again proved her poetic prowess. After joining the ranks of Slam Nuba’s national team, Confidence represented Slam Nuba at the Women of the World Poetry Slam for three consecutive years from 2015-2017, twice ranking in the top ten of more than a hundred performers from across the globe. Believing in her own boundless potential she set her sights on conquering the world of voice over. She has landed multiple national commercials. She divides her time and talent between teaching poetry as medicine, playwriting and commercial voice over. Confidence remains committed to her culture and her roots, infusing her writing with herstory and the mountain-moving courage she is known for.

KATHY HOLMES is President of Holmes Consulting Group, a consulting, coaching, and training business. As a speaker, trainer and presenter with nearly 30 years of experience, she has worked with organizations across all industry types. Kathy works with companies throughout the United States and internationally providing organizational assessment, strategic planning, presentation training and executive coaching in the areas of business development and professional growth. Her early career includes serving as a marketing executive for a sports marketing firm representing professional athletes.

In 2015 Ms. Holmes launched “What’s Your Story”, a program to work with leaders and organizations to connect with consumers, investors and employees through the use of a compelling story. Creating your own brand and living true to that vision is an essential part of your story. Kathy speaks on numerous topics such as Blending Generations in the Workplace and has created GenBlend™, a movement toward embracing generational differences and implementing solutions within organizations that have four generations working side-by-side.

She currently serves on the Downtown Denver Inc. board for the Downtown Denver Partnership and was named Volunteer Partner of the Year for 2010-2011 by the Downtown Denver Partnership and was the first recipient of the Peter Bowes Award. Law Week named her as the “People’s Choice” for the "Top Marketing Expert to build your career”.

A graduate of San Diego State in business and a coaching degree from San Francisco-based Coach University, she is an avid cyclist, hiker, cross-country skier and licensed skydiver. Every moment she is not working she is exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
