The Brain Crawl, powered by the member-led non-profit Open Labs, is a biannual event that brings together tech employees living with brain conditions (mental illnesses), loved ones impacted, companies making a difference in brain health, and community leaders who speak about what it means to live, work, and thrive, with a brain condition. Join us in the open movement to reduce stigma around brain and to celebrate neurodiversity. Complimentary beer by Brewability Labs and snacks provided.

Mike Biselli is passionate about the future of healthcare. He is also the developer of the industry integrator concept. As co-creator of Catalyst HTI, he has watched his dream become a reality, bringing together over 50 healthtech startups to collectively brainstorm how to improve our healthcare system and help people live healthier, happier lives. He will share his experience with depression and thoughts of suicide, and why living openly is so important

Matthew Helt is the Global Director of Techstars Startup Week, an event that catalyzes and celebrates startup ecosystems all around the world. To do this, he works with grassroots organizers to bring the event to cities large and small. In addition to his community building work, Matthew is also an advocate for mental health awareness and volunteers as an advisor for Open Labs. Having struggled with a lifetime of mental illness himself, he now speaks about the importance of founders seeking help right away to avoid the problems he encountered.
