Uncovering gold: How to design and execute successful collaborative workshops.

Creativity fuels innovation, and collaboration fosters creativity.

Regardless of company size or industry, collaborative workshops are an effective tool to ideate and extract valuable insights from teams, stakeholders and users alike.

Join an interactive presentation discussing the keys to designing collaborative workshops, ideal team structure and roles, and walk through applicable approaches and content through audience engagement (ex: stakeholder alignment, solution ideation, prioritization, user feedback, MVP, and more).

w/ Megan Goldenberg

Megan is a senior product strategist and UX researcher who is dedicated to solving problems through a human-centered design approach. She brings 16+ years of industry experience adept at defining strategy, balancing and bridging business constraints and user needs to drive great design, harnessing innate empathy and tactically getting things done. She transforms high-impact problems into tangible and engaged product solutions, connecting end users to a consistent experience.

Based in Boulder, Megan is never one to stop or slow down, continuing to find life in leisure, with a passion for travel, her family, the outdoors, and her German Shorthaired Pointer, Monteith.
