Crossing the Chasm: How to move beyond an early stage company and face the challenges ahead - Get candid answers from CEOs who have moved beyond the initial seed stage as a company and are navigating the challenges of becoming a growth company including sales, fundraising, personnel, culture, etc.

This session is ideal for Entrepreneurs navigating the challenges of raising outside capital and considering where to deploy resources to achieve the best ROI. Scale-up success or failure depends on making the right decisions and the right times. When is the right time to scale the sales teams? How many features are necessary for product viability? When is the right time to raise money? How to choose who to raise money with, VC’s, Angels, etc.?

All these decisions are based on data and information, intuition and experience (and some dumb luck 😊). Come and engage with CEOs that have tackled some of these decisions and are in the middle of others. Learn what is the most important influencers on the decision making process and how CEOs deal with the impacts and unintentional consequences of those decisions.
