Redesigning High School to Support Skills and Competencies for a 21st Century Workforce

So much has changed in recent decades as the industrial economy has waned, the knowledge economy has taken off and business has become global. High schools, on the other hand, have changed little as the world around them has transformed. For students to be successful workforce participants, they must develop skills and competencies for 21st century work. But what do we mean by "21st century workforce" and how should we redesign high schools to deliver on those skills and competencies for all students? Hear from a panel of experts about what it takes to redesign high school to support all students for success in the changing workforce.

Panelists:
Rebecca Holmes, CEO, Colorado Education Initiative
Patty Quinones, Assistant Superintendent of Innovation, St. Vrain School District
Alex Quarles, Senior Associate for US Education, Village Capital
Graham Forman, Founder and Managing Director, Edovate Capital
