Experimenting Your Way to MVP
We’ve all made fun of the startups making apps that don’t appeal to anyone in the market other than the founder. It’s easy to fall into the trap of spending time and effort creating a product that doesn’t solve a problem, due to multiple problems at organizations of any size. Luckily, there are many lightweight methods of validating your assumptions along the way to make sure you’re building a needed product, and we’ll cover ones we implemented at FullContact for our new Teams product, along with lessons learned along the way.
As a Product Manager who has worked at a 10-person startup all the way up to hundred person companies, Catherine Shyu is passionate about making sure PMs are empowered to question their assumptions and find ways to prove/disprove them at any stage company.
