Launching Denver's New American Entreprenuer Program

While immigrants account for 12% of the population and 14% of the labor force, they are 22% of “main street” business owners in the Denver metropolitan area. This session will showcase established immigrant and refugee entrepreneurs who have successfully established their businesses to tell their story and serve as mentors to New Americans interested in starting a business. The session also will launch the City & County of Denver's New American Entrepreneur Program that will coordinate a host of community resources and City departments to provide a multi-lingual, accessible and understandable process to launch a new business. If you require a translator, please email your request to investindenver@denvergov.org
