Call for Exhibitors at the Physical Product Showcase at Denver Startup Week 2023!

The Physical Product Showcase is back for our annual vendor fair on the Friday of Denver Startup Week! This headline event will happen on Friday, September 22 from 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. outside of HQ at Skyline Park.

The Physical Product Showcase at Denver Startup Week highlights a diversity of makers’ products crossing all industries. At this event, physical product makers can share their journey with the start-up community including inventors, entrepreneurs, engineers, manufacturers, consultants, and investors in an informal and fun atmosphere. A variety of industries will be featured including tech, outdoor recreation, energy, health, geriatric, agriculture, pets, furniture and design, garden, fashion, skincare, food and beverage, baby gadgets, and entertainment. 

Criteria for Selection

1. You have a physical product to display (can be prototypes if you are moving toward production) and your company is based in Colorado.
2. Someone from your organization is available to host a table from 11am-3pm on September 22. This does not include the time for set-up or strike. We would like to keep this as a free event to exhibitors, but no-shows will impact our ability to do this in the future and will hinder your ability to participate in future years.
3. NEW IN 2023 - Denver Startup Week is NOT hindering sales at the Physical Product Showcase but will limit the capacity in which to do so. We understand that selling products can be beneficial for small businesses who take time out of the week to attend, but the main objective of this event is to inform and educate the community about each entrepreneur's unique journey. It serves as a platform for founders to share their stories, challenges, and triumphs, inspiring others and building a strong sense of camaraderie within the startup ecosystem.
4. If your company/business isn't in the place in your journey to sell products- that is totally okay! You can provide demonstrations, hand out samples, discount cards, coupon codes and business cards with website information.

This event is for you if you have a physical product to display and you can host a table. Your product can be a prototype if you are moving toward production.
