Legal Considerations when Starting Up!
Whether you’re starting out as a team of one, considering a social enterprise, or an established (foreign) entity looking to bring your business to Denver, there are many legal factors to consider, including; legal structure, contracts and agreements, intellectual property, insurance, and employment law to name a few. In this session attendees will hear from a panel of legal experts who will share their wisdom and advice for navigating “all things” legal.
