The work that the government does sucks. But it doesn't suck because of poor intent. It doesn’t suck because of a lack of trying - I work alongside every day public servants that are doing their best to serve people often at their worst. It sucks because we don’t know how to communicate this intent into implementation. In this session, Ploy Buraparate will share how she's used design practices to think through how to develop better ways to convey intent into insight into implementation on real community issues with the Colorado Digital Service.
