This session will help founders and investors understand the process of forming a board for their company: how to evaluate possible board candidates, using a skills matrix for selecting candidates, basic governance requirements, creating successful relationships between the founder and board members, best practices for efficient and effective board meetings. The format will be a fireside chat, led by experienced board members and Boardbound experts and will encourage discussion and contributions from the audience.
