CEO William Stuart - William has worked nearly every position in the hospitality industry for the last 14 years. Over the last 7 years he has been focused on Japanese beverages and cuisine, William grew a deep passion for sake and the idea of bringing local fresh sake to the state of Colorado. The idea of Colorado Sake Co. was born 4 years ago, 2 years of R&D while jumping through the legal nuances of opening a sake brewery in Colorado. Since opening in 2018 he and his team have grown Colorado Sake Co. from a 800 sq ft operation to 4000 sq ft and now moving production to 8000 sq ft. Moral of the story is american's love sake!
