My Own Worst Enemy: Exploring Imposter Syndrome

Ever feel like a fake, phony, or fraud?

If you answered yes, then the chances are that you are wrestling with imposter syndrome. Don't worry you are not alone. In fact, many folks feel the same way. Imposter Syndrome is a psychological pattern in which one doubts one's accomplishments and has a persistent internalized fear of being exposed as a "fraud".

Unfortunately, imposter syndrome is a self-limiting belief that can hold back folks from excelling in their personal and professional lives. One of the best ways to work on imposter syndrome is to understand it and talk about it. We look forward to having you a part of the conversation.
