There is an old adage that speaks of "Death and Taxes", there isn't much we can do about death but there is definitely something we can do about taxes. The US tax code is one of the most confusing documents ever created when you include that it changes often, it can be hard to stay current. You can top that off with the fact that the state is more of a stickler about taxes than the Federal government and will shut your business down faster. This session will overview business taxes from both a federal and state perspective and allow insight into deductions, allowances, income, business filings, bookkeeping, and maintenance taxes. If there is one family member to keep happy it would be "Uncle Sam"
