+Each session presents a topic for conversation.
+Tables are designed to act as a game board spinner.
+Participants spin the arrow to determine which lens will frame the conversation.
+When we say GO, the discussions starts.
+Each round will last about 10 minutes.
+At the buzzer, table groups report insights.
+Repeat.
