Also please join us for a special unveiling of the new hallway installation at the Commons on Champa. The mural was designed and installed by artists Pat Milbery, Jason Graves and their So-Gnar Creative Division team in partnership with the Commons on Champa building which is serving as the "Basecamp" for Denver Startup Week.

Inspired by the creative minds who work in the Commons on Champa space, the artists aimed to brighten up the once drab hallway and transform it into a space that is welcoming, motivating and inspiring. A true collaboration, the artists completely transformed the space in a way that meshes the character and architecture of the original building (this was once the home of the Denver Jail), with their contemporary vision and energy. The mural will serve as a "gateway" of sorts for those entering the building to attend meetings, mentoring sessions and rehearsals as well as nurture some of the most forward-thinking minds the city has to offer.
