An entrepreneur with 30 years of visionary leadership in telecommunications and IT infrastructure, Nancy Phillips is the founder of ViaWest, Inc., Executive Chair of the Board to Peak10+ViaWest, and president of Shaw Business Infrastructure Services, a division of Shaw Communications (NYSE: SJR), which acquired ViaWest in 2014. Phillips co-founded ViaWest in 1999 and has built it into a successful company more than 550 employees, annual revenues of nearly $300 million and relationships with more than 2,000 clients.

Phillips serves on numerous boards in support of the industry, the Colorado community and the advancement of women, including the National Center for Women and Information Technology; Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network; National Cybersecurity Center; Colorado Technology Association; and Startup Colorado. She has received numerous accolades for her visionary leadership and service including most recently the inaugural Colorado Governor’s Citizenship medal for Growth and Innovation, as well as the Canadian Governor General’s Medallion in recognition of her service and support of the economic ties between Canada and the United States and her distinguished track record building technology businesses. She also has been selected as the 2016 EY Entrepreneur of the Year in Technology Services for the Mountain Desert region and has received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Colorado Technology Association.
