Recruiting at All Ages and Stages for Technical Talent

Recruiting top technical talent is one of the most important undertakings for a tech company at any stage of its development. It can be a tricky process, though: knowing what skills you require at your company at any given time and fine tuning how you appeal to developers changes continually. The Denver workforce has the skills, and a strong economy has companies fighting for the same talent. This panel will talk about the best tactics for recruiting, whether you’re a 100-person company or an early stage startup, and how to scale recruiting at each stage.
