How to advance your career in tech

-hosted by Built In Colorado

Unlike traditional industries, planning a career in tech involves forecasting the unknown. What skills will be in high-demand in a few years? What type of technology will be popular? What positions will disappear? We've sought out three panelists to pass along their expertise on how to navigate the industry to benefit your career growth.

Panelists include:
Aaron Duke, VP of Product at CirrusMD
Tony Blank, Community Development at SendGrid
Nick Perea, Director of Sales at Cloud Elements
Moderated by General Assembly

Aaron runs the Product team and a few other things at CirrusMD, a text-first virtual health care platform. Having only been a consumer burned by the industry, he is jazzed to be building part of a major solution to one of America's most serious problems: access to health care. CirrusMD taps into everyday devices like smartphones and tablets to provide instant and intuitive access to a doctor literally on demand, from the convenience of your couch. Ask him about it. To be clear, Aaron's favorite products to manage are his three remarkable daughters: Camille, Audrey and Eleanor.
