Entrepreneurship Leveraging Colorado's Fabulous Federal Labs
How does innovation in the lab translate to business success in the market? Colorado is home to 30 federally-funded research institutions, which are at the heart of a thriving innovation hub. Our fellow Coloradans are tackling some of the most pressing problems in public health (controlling and preventing spread of Zika, led by CDC), energy (next-generation solar cells, led by NREL), and space exploration (MAVEN mission to Mars, led by LASP at CU Boulder), among many others. Join CO-LABS for a discussion of the entrepreneurial ecosystem around our state's labs.
Moderator:
Dan Powers, Executive Director, CO-LABS
