Bios:

Autumn Salama

Autumn Salama is the Director of Solutions Management for Cloud Infrastructure at Zayo. In her role she is responsible for complete product life cycle management including new product development and marketing for Zayo’s cloud services portfolio. Prior to joining Zayo, Mrs. Salama held several different operational management roles at Latisys (acquired by Zayo in February) including overseeing the implementation team, critical infrastructure group and network operations center at various different time periods. Mrs. Salama holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from the Metropolitan State College of Denver.

Erik Adelson
Erik has been working in the hosting industry in both the USA and Japan for over 10 years. After graduating from Wayne State University in Detroit with a Degree in Computer Science, he worked as a software developer and systems engineer in the automotive and aerospace sectors. While in Tokyo, Erik worked for Rakuten's ISP/Hosting division followed by 2 years in the financial markets yelling and screaming on a trading floor. After his 5 year stint in Japan he has spent the most recent years working at startups and web hosting companies. Now based in Austin, Texas he enjoys eating BBQ, travelling, and working on sports cars.

Christopher Gallo
Christopher Gallo is a Developer and Systems Administrator with a passion for optimization and performance. Now Chris works as a Developer Advocate, helping other developers plug into SoftLayer’s API, along with contributing to SoftLayer’s open source projects and preaching the glories of automation. Chris started his career on the front lines of support and has worked as a full-time systems administrator for a large-scale shared hosting environment, a professional services systems administrator and a senior developer responsible for keeping a fleet of appliances online.
