Many technology startups find early wins through great products and direct sales, but what comes next? When you're focused on direct sales, bringing on new clients is your main goal, but a whole new challenge presents itself when you need to create a team and culture to nurture your clients, listen to their needs and strategic product ideas, and grow your business in partnership with theirs. We will discuss how, why, and when startups can pivot to make the strategic transition from a direct sales-focused organization to a customer success-focused organization.
