Corporate Innovation sucks. It's hard, rife with failure, and someone else usually gets the credit because of a title. Companies usually don't spend the requisite time, energy, or effort to ensure their innovation program is sustainable and typically default to some version that involves too many stickies and not nearly enough action. I want to tell you how to spot a lie, and what to do about it - whether you're an intrapreneur or an entrepreneur.
