How Product Marketing Helps Enable Sales
Have you ever been sitting in a sales meeting with a customer and thought to yourself, “we don’t actually sell that product”? Or maybe you have thought, “that feature does not actually perform in that way…”
Even at startups with the best of intentions, the product story can get lost in translation between the product team and the sales team. While the product team may have built an incredible product, if the sales team does not have key messaging and positioning behind that product, it can be hard to sell and close deals.
Product Marketing can solve these issues by creating a compelling product story, building accurate and impactful messaging, and enabling sales teams through training and collateral to tell the story.
Join us as we talk through ways product marketing is able to drive results through enabling sales to tell the product story.
