At Blockchain day at the Capitol, Governor Polis said our goal as a state is to be the “national hub for blockchain innovation”.[1] Colorado’s Blockchain Council is playing a large part in making this a reality [2]. It’s most visible victory: The Digital Token Act [3], establishing clear rules for token sales exempt from securities regulation. This is just a taste of what is to come.
