Lys is currently the Experience Research Manager with a large health insurance company. She is a seasoned User Experience professional with more than 15 years of experience in UX research and design. In addition to recently building an experience research practice from scratch, Lys has previously led and conducted many enterprise-level research projects to inform the strategic direction of digital transformation projects for major healthcare and financial companies. Ari has spent the past 15 years as a designer, strategist, and educator. As a creative agency team lead in a past agency life, Ari was the account lead for clients including Time Warner Cable, Freeman Co., ABC, Foxtel, and PwC. Ari's focus has been both creating great experiences for Enterprise SaaS applications, as well as guiding partners through digital transformation with a user centered design approach.
