3rd Annual Brain Crawl - Innovative Self-Care: Brain Health Tools to Survive the High Pressure of Entrepreneurship & Business

The 3rd Annual Brain Crawl, powered by the member-led non-profit Open Labs, is a biannual event that brings together tech employees living with brain conditions (mental illnesses), loved ones impacted, companies making a difference in brain health, and community leaders who speak about what it means to live, work, and thrive, with a brain condition. Join us in the open movement to reduce stigma around brain conditions and encourage mental wellness.

The program starts promptly at 2pm with storytellers sharing their struggles and victories; then "Crawl" from vendor booth to vendor booth finding solutions for increasing your mental wellness both at work and at home. Don't miss the opportunity to be a part of reducing the stigma of mental health issues!
