Starting Up Globally: A Conversation with International Founders

Tips, insights, and opportunities in global entrepreneurship, from a panel international business leaders.

Conversation on diversity in international market opportunities, going global with your startup, regulatory hurdles and incentive opportunities, finding global talent, building partnerships abroad and more. Those interested in expanding globally, gaining a new, diverse, and insightful perspective from international founders, and connecting with globally-focused entrepreneurs are welcome to attend.

Kanchan Dwivedi - Founder, LoanGini,
Bangalore, India

Kanchan was inspired to startup when she experienced challenges in trying to take a loan in India. An alumna of Stanford, she has close to 14 years of experience working in countries like India, US & Hong Kong. Kanchan founded LoanGini, which aims to provide loans in India to the unserved and the underserved at reasonable rates of interest, and benefit the lenders by providing attractive ROI.

Sarah Selhi - Founder, SpaceiShare
Toronto, Canada

Sarah has over 25-years experience in sales, management, marketing and operations, and has a passion for new technology and the environment. Her company, SpaceiShare, is a peer-to-peer platform that helps people find affordable and convenient storage and parking in their community. Sarah also completed a 12-week accelerator program at Mergelane in Boulder, and her company is offered in Mergelane's “SelectPortfolio" of 2,500 companies worldwide.

Deb Noller
CEO, Switch Automation

Deb is the CEO and co-founder of Switch Automation, a global smart building software company specializing in building performance optimization. With 20+ years of experience in real estate, technology and sustainability, she is passionate about helping enterprises leverage next generation facilities management technology to execute more efficient business operations. Noller is an active member of the Dell Women’s Entrepreneur Network (DWEN), and was named one of Dell’s Founders 50 and one of the Top 50 Female Entrepreneurs in Australia by Rare Birds.

A serial entrepreneur and investor, Geoff focuses on solving real-world business problems with technology, most recently through Service Operations Automation (or ServOps for short), a new technology category which helps that helps small and medium businesses double their profitability by streamlining and automation their day-to-day operations. Geoff is also a Director of the Aussie Founder's Network (AFN), a community of startup founders from or connected to Australia.
