The Modern Lawyer & Your Business: Affordable Legal Services at Last

Think you can’t afford an attorney to help you and your business? Think again. At this session, you will meet the modern lawyers revolutionizing the practice of law in Colorado and expanding access to affordable legal services. Panelists include practicing and entrepreneurial lawyers who will highlight creative, flexible, and cost-effective strategies that can help you and your business. High-quality legal help should not be cost-prohibitive for startups and small businesses. This panel discussion will address how you and your business can benefit from legal advice without breaking the bank.

The panel will be moderated by JP Box, a lawyer-turned-entrepreneur, consultant, and author. JP practiced law for six years in Washington, DC, and Denver, Colorado, before leaving the practice to co-found and run a merino wool children’s apparel company called Chasing Windmills (www.chasingwindmillskids.com). JP is also a consultant and author of the book, “The Millennial Lawyer: How Your Firm Can Motivate and Retain Young Associates” (American Bar Association 2018). As a lawyer and business owner, JP understands the legal hurdles and issues impacting start-ups.

Panelists include:
