Owning a food truck could be an excellent proof of concept to see if you’re ready to take on the challenge. What other opportunities are available before launching your brick and mortar? Moderated by Josh Pollack, owner of Rosenberg's Bagels, hear from the experts of lessons learned in food-based businesses, from owning a food truck, renting a space in a modern-day food hall, to opening a restaurant, and the challenges and successes they faced along the way. Through an interactive and engaging panel of experts from around the thriving Denver culinary scene, this panel will explore popular trends and provide tips for how to best approach starting or growing your epicurean dreams!

And what food-focused event would be complete without samples? After the panel, attendees will have the option to join in happy hour and sample delicious food generously provided by Basted Egg food truck, Bivouac Coffee Company food truck, Vegan Van, Rebel Bread and more!
