Are you your startup’s sales team? This isn’t necessarily a disadvantage—after all, who knows your product better and who is more motivated to make critical sales to grow the business than you? However, there are certain challenges that come along with serving as your startup’s sole source of sales while also managing all the other areas of the business. In this session, you’ll learn some tips and overarching guidelines for how to approach sales, maximize the advantages of being your own sales team, and minimize or avoid the potential pitfalls.
