Our Web Application Journey

Over the past year, Code42 has begun to implement a variety of changes to our web application development.

These changes include:

• Switching all new development to use React
• Writing all new web apps in TypeScript
• Utilizing a single UI library
• Improving our continuous development environment
• Expanding our automated testing practices
    • And more

This talk will cover each area in three parts; what we tried, concepts to consider, what didn’t work & how we decided to move forward.
