We're all familiar with horror stories about inefficient government process, but less common are the amazing success stories that can result from effective startup/government collaboration. Come hear two different perspectives on how the startup community can effectively engage with local government. Amber McReynolds, Director of Elections for the City and County of Denver, and Monica Crane Childers, Director of Government Services for Democracy Works, will share the good, the bad, and the in-between of how startups and government can work together to implement civic tech solutions that benefit all of us.
