The People Track is about all things people. It encompasses the knowledge, insights, and values needed to build inclusive cultures, teams, and communities. This track will have sessions on ways to hire, motivate, engage, and inspire the people within your company and the individuals around you. There will also be opportunities to learn, understand, & celebrate the inner-workings, the ups & downs, and the intricacies of people in and out of the workplace. It’s a track that can connect us all.
